Cancellation Policy

Although we allow you to cancel up to 2 hours before your appointment, we would prefer you notify TTE 24 hours in advance. It is understood that there are times when things happen and you need to cancel last minute. Please understand up to 2 hours prior to your appointment is last minute. Any cancelation attempts sooner than 2 hours will result in a partial payment of the fees associated with your scheduled event of 50%. Any cancelation request between 24 hours of scheduled event and 2 hours of scheduled event will result in a partial payment of the fees associated with your scheduled event of 20%. Any cancelation request prior to 24 hours of your scheduled event will result in no fee payment unless this is a reoccurring situation, then full payment will be charged after the second cancelation of services. We will be there for you, you may wish to be also.
